Fields is a well established retailer of general merchandise and clothing in small towns across Western Canada. This year we are also adding Ecommerce to our ability to serve our customers.

Here we grow again! We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-paced retail buying environment. This individual will report to the Director of Merchandise/Supply Chain and will work closely with Buyers, other Supply Chain Associates and two Merchandise Planners/Analysts. This position is a full time position (40 hours per week with some flexibility to the start and end times) and is based in our Home Office in Delta, BC (Annacis Island).

Key Responsibilities:

This position works closely with the Director of Merchandise, Buyers and Supply Chain Associates handling administrative functions related to: Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
The right candidate does not necessarily need to have experience in a similar role. With the right attitude, communication skills and moderate computer knowledge, we can train a potential candidate that has a back ground in retail to be part of the Merchandise Buying Team.
