About the Store Manager Position
As a FIELDS Store Manager, you’ll responsible for merchandise and inventory, loss prevention, health and safety, employee well-being, customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and other financial aspects of running a small business. You will work closely with and provide leadership to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Associates.
