As a FIELDS Store Manager, you’ll responsible for merchandise and inventory, loss prevention, health and safety, employee well-being, customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and other financial aspects of running a small business. You will work closely with and provide leadership to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Associates.Requirements:
- 3-5 years retail experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Business knowledge
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Secondary education or equivalent is preferred
- Previous managerial experience is an asset
